Haven't posted for weeks, life, chicken pox vaccine side effects, routine hospital stuff, a fortnight of two separate, really awful colds, one after the other, and then rearranging the flat after IKEA delivery got in the way of blogging.
Under the Sea September was fab, we learnt about so many different sea creatures, read lots of new related children's books, did lots of maths sheets, discovered we have a real love and excitement towards maths, painted, sensory activities, and definitely finally strengthening pen control over a year since we began the mass of Kumon and pen control exercises workbooks.
I also joined Twinkl this month, I've been on mass printing and laminating sprees, I'm set through Autumn/Halloween October, and getting started on Space November.
Internet worksheets are brilliant, lots of free sites not just paid subscription ones. I caved and bought a huge noticeboard, rather excited to fill it each month, missed out on a chance to fill it this month as it took a while to arrive (but I think the board deserves its own posts!)
